Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable but refunds may be considered for duplicate transactions, unauthorized charges, or technical errors within 7 days.

2. Refund Process

Submit refund requests to refunds@nbetai.org with transaction details including Donation ID, date, amount, and reason.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

4. 80G Certificates

Tax certificates must be returned before refund processing. You may need to reverse tax claims with Income Tax Department.

5. Event Cancellations

Full refund if event cancelled by NBET. Partial refunds if cancelled by participants: 75% (15+ days notice), 50% (7-15 days), No refund (less than 7 days).

6. Recurring Donations

Cancel anytime but already processed donations are not refundable.
